How do I connect DSP to Quickbooks Online?

DanceStudio-Pro can connect to Quickbooks Online using Zapier.

Connecting Quickbooks Online to Zapier:

The first way is by setting up a Zapier webhook under DSP Merchant Services. This option will only send payments made through DSP Merchant Services, and will not include payments made via cash, check, non-revenue credits, or manually entered payments. If you have DanceStudio-Pro Premier, you have many more options to connect DSP to Quickbooks Online by way of a Zapier account. How the Zaps will be set up will be unique to how your studio uses Quickbooks Online, so we recommend you consult your accountant to find the best setup for your account.

Additionally, Zapier support is available to assist with any questions regarding how the Zaps should be set up. A brief overview of the options and how to set things up are demonstrated below.

1. First, sign into your Zapier account (Zapier has different membership levels; however, for Quickbooks Online access, you will need a Premium membership within Zapier). Click on the "Create Zap" button:

2. Next, you'll select your Trigger. You can search and select DanceStudio-Pro here.

3. Next, you'll select the event:

4. You'll need to connect your DSP account to Zapier by granting Zapier permission to access the account. Once connected, you can continue:

5. Zapier will then ask you to Test the connection. Once a successful test has been performed, you can move to the Action step.

6. For the Action step, you'll select Quickbooks Online:

7. Now, you'll select the event you'd like to happen in Quickbooks Online:

8. Similar to Step 4 above, you'll need to connect Zapier to your Quickbooks Online account to grant Zapier access:

9. Next, you'll select what data you'd like to send from DSP into Quickbooks Online:

10. Zapier will ask to send a Test once it's all selected. After the successful test, you're ready to Publish your new Zap!
