You can make a waiver required when a parent creates an account and/or at the time of registration.
First, go to More > Settings > Waivers & Policies > Add New Waiver:
Enter the name of the waiver and click Add Waiver:
Enter the waiver details and check the box(es) to "Have parents accept when they create a new account" and/or "Have parents accept when they register for classes in online registration":
There is also a section under More > Settings, where you can set a general waiver, however, if you require a new waiver each year, it's recommended to add the waiver under Waivers & Policies instead.
