There are 3 ways a student can be enrolled in classes.
1. Manual assignment
From the Student Detail page, click the Classes actions.
Use the checkboxes to assign the student to the classes that you wish to enroll them in. Click the Save Changes button when you are done. This will enroll the student in those classes.
**It is important to note that this is an administrative method to add classes. The system does not check for age, gender, or capacity when adding classes this way. The system does not automatically add registration fees, season fees, or any other fees when enrolling a student with this method. You must use the Registration Manager to have fees automatically assigned upon enrollment.
2. Registration Manager
The Registration Manager is located on the Magic menu.
The Registration Manager is a wizard that takes you through the process of registering a student or family. This is very useful for Open House style registrations. You can load the Registration Manager on several iPads and allow multiple simultaneous registrations at the same time. When a student is enrolled in classes with the Registration Manager, all fees are automatically assigned to the student as well as all dependency checks are carried out for age, gender, and capacity.
3. Parent Portal Registration
Parents and guardians can enroll students on the Parent Portal. This is the simplest method. It follows the same process and rules as the Registration Manager.
