What is the Parent Portal?

 

The Parent Portal is designed to be a self-service system for your customers. The Parent Portal makes your job easier!

 

Your customers can perform the following functions on the Parent Portal.

 

1. Enroll in Classes or Private Lessons

2. Enroll in Auto-Pay and manage payment methods

3. Make Online Payments

4. View Weekly Schedules

5. Purchase Dance Cards

6. Contact the Studio

7. Access Shared Files and Music

8. Purchase items from the Online Store

9. View Events

10. Accept Waivers

11. View a Google Calendar

 

You have a unique link that your customers can use to access the Parent Portal. The link is found under Magic > Online Registration. 

 

 

You can copy and paste that link into a web browser to access your Parent Portal. You can also add the link directly on your website or create a button on your website to make it easy for your parents to access the portal. You can customize the Parent Portal to reflect your brand and color schemes.

 

 

Parents can also download the Parent Portal App from the Apple Store or Google Play store, and log in with their DSP credentials.
