How do I set up Ticket-Pro?

Setting up Ticket-Pro is really easy. It only takes a few steps.

 

Setup Overview

1. Create an Event

2. Decide how many ticketed shows the event will have

3. Is it General Admission or Venue-based reserved seating?

4. How much are tickets and are there any limits?

5. Do you want to include any sponsor images?

 

Getting Started

First, go to the More > Tickets & Events.

Add a New Event.

Now open the event and click the Ticket-Pro Online Ticket Sales action.

Click the Add Ticketed Event Button.

This takes you to the main ticketing setup system.

 

For General Admission ticketing events, simply complete the Details section, and you are finished with the Ticket-Pro setup.

 

 

To access your personal Ticket-Pro site, click the Ticket-Pro Access tab.

 

 

If you want to sell Reserved Seating, you will need to either set up a venue or let us set up one for you.
