What are quick links in the Parent Portal?

Unless you have it disabled, the first thing your customers see when they login to your portal is their dashboard.  The dashboard shows them their schedule, their balance, and other important pieces of information related to their account.

 

 

Quick links, show on the left menu bar, and allow you to highlight the links that are the most important for your studio.

 

Quicklinks have a few useful benefits:

• You can customize what to include here
• Ease of use for parents for quick access to the most important items your studio uses
• Streamline the portal for your customers

 

To set up quick links, go to More > Settings and click Portal Settings in the left menu.  Then pick the Options tab.

 

Scroll down to the Portal Home Page section and click the Quick Links Setup button.

 

Now just check the boxes for the features you want to be included in your Quick Links panel in your parent portal dashboard and Save Changes.
