Can I add Promo Codes for Tickets?

Sure! Start by going to More > Tickets & Events 

 

Select your event and click Ticket Promo Codes in the left menu.

 

On the next screen, you can add a new code or edit an existing code.

 

Promo codes added here will apply to all the shows you create for this event. So if you have a recital with 4 different dates and times, these codes would apply to all 4 of the shows.

 

When you add a promo code you can: 

1. Give a fixed discount or a percentage off

2. Require a certain quantity of tickets to be purchased in order to qualify for the promo

3. Make the promo apply automatically without the customer having to enter the code

4. Maximum Total Uses

5. Maximum Uses Per Family
