You are able to print or email class confirmation letters and class suggestion letters to individual students and parents. This option is available under the Actions button on the Student Detail page, Student Classes page, and Parent Detail page.
How can I send Class Confirmations and Class Suggestions to one student?

I followed these steps but no email was sent when i tried to test it out. any suggestions on what i may have done wrong?
Victoria Reddish have you set up your Class Confirmation and/or Class Confirmation letters by going to More > Settings and click Confirmations & Suggestions from the left menu? Here's a helpful article that goes over this a little more.
